Spending time at home with Mom and Dad

Mom and Dad in their new home at Souderton Mennonite Home. I visited them last week and enjoyed getting a "taste" of life at such a lovely retirement community. I really should get my reservation in!!

Couch golf

"Downtime" over the weekend in Bend included some "couch golf" games. We also broke sweat hiking (and rock climbing - the guys, that is) at Smith Rock State Park! Incredible scenery!

First Birthday!!

We spent the weekend in Bend, celebrating Curren's First Birthday with Dad Mark, Mommy Susan, and big brother, Eli. Also present were Uncles Peter and Jonathan, and friends Kevin, Sarah, Pete, Lucas, and Gracie. The monkey cake was a hit, and tearing the paper off the presents was as much fun as the contents!

Currens makes us laugh with his "wrinklenose" face! Poppi and the boys spent a long time Sunday afternoon playing in the sandbox in the backyard.
